well im getting a bob about an inch or two longer than my sholders. i have sorta thin meduim brown hair. im getting short layers atrting about my ears and the swoop bang. im 16. im white. but im pretty tan. i have olive skin tone and hazel green eyes. i want to get either high or low lights put in i have herrd that putting high lights or lowlights will brong out the layers. idk what to like wher my layers should start? high or low lights or both? and what color? please and thank you! =]

highlights and just go a bit lighter than your natural color, you want them to look natural. and start the layer in the middlef really high and really low.
