I got this cut and it was cute, but I'm just a long hair girl. I'm starting to grow it and would like any tips or tricks to keep it looking fresh and not helmet-y as it gets longer.

I still had mine cut every 10 wks instead of every 6 wks that way the hair get to grow a little more and we did more layers now it is down to middle of my back and working on on lenght it took me a little over a yr
